Domestic Shipping Policy

We ship wherever UPS ships. Customers requiring delivery in the United States can view the shipping and handling fees associated with available shipping methods and choose the UPS option that works best for them at checkout before submitting their order.

International Shipping Policy

We are able to ship orders worldwide.  Expedited shipping options via UPS are available, but some customers find the cost to be too high. International customers may also choose to pay a flat fee, which is one of the shipping options they will see at checkout.  Flat fee shipments normally take about two weeks to reach their destination.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your LittleFootprint Lighting product, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Products must be returned in their original product packaging, must be in like-new condition, and must be accompanied by proof of purchase including date of purchase. Please complete the form below under Return or exchange a product for help with the return procedure. In order to ensure a smooth return process, please do not mail your product back to us before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

If you purchased your LittleFootprint Lighting product from another online merchant or retail store, please return the product there. If you are not satisfied with how your return is handled, please email us at customerservice@lfplighting.com and we will try to resolve the problem.

Order Cancellation Policy

Generally, orders begin processing immediately after you click “Place Order”. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order for a full refund, but once the order moves to the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled. (Processing times vary depending on sales volume so there is no standard guaranteed time period during which a cancellation can be made successfully.) If you are not able to cancel your order, you may return it for a refund under the conditions of our return policy.

If you do wish to attempt to cancel your order, send an email to customerservice@lfplighting.com. The subject line must contain the words “CANCEL ORDER” and be followed by your confirmation number.

5-year Warranty Statement

LittleFootprint Lighting warrants that all our personal task lights will be in good working order and free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of original purchase. During the warranty period, LittleFootprint Lighting, at its option, will either repair or replace the personal task light with the same product or a newer comparable version at no additional cost to the customer other than the cost of shipment to our facility. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, neglect, misuse or improper installation or operation.

How to get warranty service

If your LittleFootprint Lighting product stops working to your satisfaction and is covered by the warranty as stated above, please contact us for return instructions. Please note that you will need proof of purchase including date of purchase in order for us to process your request. How to contact us:
